This is one of a series of caches to be placed in the South Okanagan. Our username is based on The Famous Five series of books written by Enid Blyton. The cache names will reflect this, but will also describe in some way the area where the caches will be found.
This cache is close to the summit of Mount Nkwala. The views up here of Penticton and Summerland are spectacular. It looks as though the summit has been used as a party spot. We hid this cache a little to the south of the summit to hopefully prevent it from being muggled.
We suggest parking at the top of Forsyth Drive and following the trails up to the cache area. It is possible to take Max Lake Road to the top, but you would need to be comfortable with steep (25-30%) grades and have a 4x4 with plenty of clearance.
