Geocache Description:

No one gets turned away

For the past year, my kids and I have been volunteering at a neighborhood Soup Kitchen. There are more than a dozen soup kitchens and food banks scattered throughout the city of Seattle. The tough economy of the past year has made these locations of freely available food a virtual lifeline for some of Seattle's down and out. And, unlike the infamous Seinfeld episode, this will never happen to anyone who shows up. There will always be "Soup for You."

I placed this cache near the soup kitchen we volunteer at and if you're ever around Tuesday afternoons, you might stop by and say hi to the volunteers, have a bowl of soup or even pitch in for an hour or two.

Note on the search. This is a community P-Patch so you don't want to root around much. Here is where you find the cache: Look for the recessed cement stone bench. Sit down there. Reach one row down of blocks and under a small rock you'll find a camo'ed bison. That's the cache and you should be able to extract, sign and replace with discretion as no windows look onto the spot.
