Whitchurch City Limits #2 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

monoles: Apologies - but with two kids at home to look after I don't have the time to look after my caches now. These ones don't get much traffic now anyway so I am goin to archive them and free up the space so that someone else can set some caches in the area. Thanks to all those that have taken the time to visit these caches over the years.

Geocache Description:

A series of Cache and Dashes around Whitchurch, Hampshire.

You will have to forgive me using a bit of Poetic Licence for this series - Whitchurch is obviously not a City, but the title sounded a lot catchier than Whitchurch Town Limits!

In 1285 Whitchurch did receive a Royal Charter which were used to create cities in medieval Europe, however, Whitchurch is actually a Town. I believe that Whitchurch is actually the smallest town in Hampshire, while nearby Overton which is of similar size, is only a village.

There is parking next to the cache for a cache and dash, please do not block the road. The title of the cache should become more obvious when you get there. It is possible to access this cache without using the road, but please do be careful as this can be a busy road with fast moving cars.

The cache contained a pencil when placed but it may be worth bringing your own writing implement when you visit.
