The cache is located in Holt Park, Otautau's sporting centre. The cache site overlooks the sports fields and the town.
You are looking for a 400ml sistema container painted black. When placed the cache had the usual logbook, pencil and sharpener, and a few small trading items. Accuracy when placed was ±6m. Cache is hidden at ground level.
The best parking area is found at S46° 08.519 E167°59.336 where you will also find toilets, a playground and camping area.
