Geocache Description:

A Chance to meet some of the locals

Well i am sorry to say that if you are looking at this now you missed it, its been and gone!
but it was really good, you should have made the effort earlier!

Pictures off the other flashmobs from around the world click link: (visit link)

Well with Christmas coming up lets get some of the lights out and start flashing early!
Well it is a World Wide FLASH Mob

Inspired by the Podcacher Podcast

The duration of the event will be 6pm to 6.15pm.
If you turn up after 6.15pm you'll miss it!
Lots of car parking close by

This is just one Flash Mob event, amongst many,
being held simultaneously, world-wide.
Here's what we do:
It's essential that everyone follows these instructions.
• Everyone arrives just before 6pm, taking care not to look too conspicuous and staying away from the published co-ords.
• Try and look like a muggle!
• If everyone keeps a reasonable distance away from the co-ords, then it will appear to passing muggles that lots of strange people with GPSrs have appeared from nowhere!
Here's the plan:
6pm: I will appear carrying a couple of buckets, one for TB/coin swaps and one for log sheets. When I place these on the ground, that'll be the signal that the fun has begun. So Turn your lights on and start Flashing!
Log sheets will now be handed out to everyone that will need to be filled in and placed in the log bucket. Please bring your own pen/pencil, as we'll have to finish logging quite quickly. This is also the time to be swapping TBs and coins.
6:10pm: A stunning group photo will be taken
6:14pm: I'll gently mention that there's only one minute left!
6:15pm: That's it! Event over. I'll walk off in a random direction and everyone else should do the same, dispersing in varying directions as if nothing had happened!

After if anyone can suggest a pub where we can meet for a drink and chat,
Not being a drinker I cannot think of a suitable location. So let me know and I will add one to this listing.
So far the best suggestion for a family friendly pub is the Selsey Tram, about 15mins walk or a short drive.
The coordinates for this location are N50 49.436 x W000 47.244 for any of you who do not know the area.

There over 500 caches within a 10 mile radius of Chichester so come in from further afield and make a day of it.
