Geocache Description:

This cache is in the mountains of the Rhondda Valleys. The view looks over Treherbert and the Rhigos mountain.

I decided to place my cache here because it has a spectacular view over the valley below. The cache is approximately 1.5 miles from the car parking area in vicarage terrace, Cwmparc. Cwmparc is an old mining village which had 2 mines. The Parc Colliery and the Dare Colliery.
