Dutch Duane's Demi dozen Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Dutchduane: I came out today to check on the caches that are part of this puzzle cache. Two of the five are missing, and there has been major erosion and landslides from winter storms that would make replacing these two very difficult. As much as I would like to keep this one going (23 favorite points!) it is time to end it. It was fun while it lasted!

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the coordinates given.

I placed my first geocache on Semiahmoo Spit in September, 2003. It is the Semi Wild Rose cache and is still there. I have since placed 5 more in the same area. Of these 6 caches, 5 are still active. I have just added another cache, and have modified the 5 that are still there by placing a letter and number under the lid of each. These letters and corresponding numbers can be used to find this cache.

Find the 5 DutchDuane geocaches in the Semiahmoo area; they are all within 1.5 miles of each other. Find and record the numbers under the lids. Use these numbers to find this cache's coordinates as follows:

N = 48 58.ABC

W = 122 47.DDE

The parking coordinates are the same as for 4 of the other 5 caches.

If you want to do some puzzle solving before leaving home, and don't mind walking about 3 miles, and doing some math along the way, all six caches can be found from the same parking spot.

What a deal - six smileys for the same gas money as one!

FTF prize is a small zip lock bag containing a 1936 silver quarter, a 1936 buffalo nickel, and a 1944 Mercury dime. STF prize is a 1970 USSR (CCCP) coin. Also in the cache is a zip lock bag containing 18 various coins. Only 2 or 3 coins per finder, please.
