Geocache Description:

The Parker Meadows Campground is located on the Prospect Ranger District (now known as the High Cascades RD). It is a small campground with outhouses and a hand water pump. There is also a historic shelter such as ones used by cross country skiers. There is a nice stream that flows just outside the campground. Elevation is 5061’.

This campground is only open a few months of the year and does receive a heavy dose of the white stuff, so the cache is only available in the spring, summer and early fall. You can drive right to it, even if the camp is closed. FS Rd 37, a well maintained graveled road, will get you the campground entrance.

You are looking for a large coffee can filled with trade items and a log book. Watch for muggles entering the camp and please rehide well. If you are standing at the campground sign you are about twenty feet from the cache.
