As part of my duties, I am archiving this cache as it has been over 30 days since the event occurred. From the Geocaching.com listing guidelines regarding event caches:
"After the event has passed, the event cache should be archived by the organizer within four weeks."
Thank you for taking the time to create and host this event, but it is time for the listing to be archived.
