MTGC 6th Annual Holiday Potluck Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

The Seanachai: Greetings from Geocaching.com,

As part of my duties, I am archiving this cache as it has been over 30 days since the event occurred. From the Geocaching.com listing guidelines regarding event caches:

"After the event has passed, the event cache should be archived by the organizer within four weeks."

Thank you for taking the time to create and host this event, but it is time for the listing to be archived.

Geocache Description:

6th Annual MTGC Holiday Potluck and Party!

Saturday December 12, 2009 at 6:00 pm

Greenbrier American Legion Hall

Food! Fun! Prizes!

More details to come. Please watch this page for updates.

IF you would like to participate in a Gift Exchange/Dirty Santa/Yankee Swap please bring a wrapped gift, worth $15 or less and be sure to mention it in your note! Gag or real gifts allowed. Not a requirement for the evening's fun!

Donations have arrived from PathTags, LandSharkz, DeLorme, GoGirl, Coins and Pins, Groundspeak and Team Snag'Em with more donations expected for door prizes!!

Please join us for our 6th Annual Holiday Potluck. Every year it gets bigger and better. Middle Tennessee Geocachers’ Club will provide the Holiday Ham of Goodness and the rest is up to you! Mention what you will bring in your post, and we will add it to this page.

One thing about geocachers is we like to get together and EAT! Oh, and talk. We like to talk about those elusive caches or the most memorable ones, or just anything related remotely to caching. Combine the two and the fun is endless! Often there is a group still here close to the witching hour, so if you cannot make it early, come late. Of course, there is no guarantee on what sort of meal you will be able to scrounge up from the left-overs, but if you don’t mind, we don’t mind.

All MTGC events are open to everyone. We look forward to celebrating the season with the geocaching community. We will be having door prizes and perhaps a few coins to give away, in the spirit of the season. If you have something you would like to donate for the door prize give-away, please contact us on our profile page.

As always, this is a family friendly event. Discretion is the better part of valor.
