You are looking for a concealed micro container.
This should be a very easy cache to find but retrieval could be difficult without the right equipment.Talking in this code helped in World war 2. This should help with retrieval.

The GPS had a bit of trouble at the cache site and accuracy was only about 20ft, but if you decode the above it might help a little. There is a £1 for the FTF!! (not quite in the cache!!!)
Bishops Wood is very near and worth a walk through if you have time.
