You are looking for a cache, you probably don't see everyday...you will need TOTT, (Blinkie log remover, swiss army knife, etc.)
High muggle area, as the Department of Education maintains a office of business next door to this structure. They break outside during the nice days...but the location isn't that visable in most cases. But take care not to be seen. This building is own by the public and often there are events for local kids in the area....fun place to visit and is very neat inside, maybe you will luck out and it will be open.
Would suggest a weekend find...pretty busy in the area during the weekdays. I hope it last in its current location, the ground keeper is obviously maticulas in his/her job...not a weed or piece of grass out of place.
