Fourth in my series of caches, in tribute to the BBC comedy series of Blackadder (series 2) placed in the north part of Brentwood.
Blackadder 2 was set in Elizabethan England, which ran back in the mid 80's. The series follows on from Series one, with Edmond Blackadder the great grandson of the original Edmond.
If you have never watched the series, our Hero staggers, swaggers and plot's his way through the tirals and tribulations of Elizabethan England. Valiantly trying to get ahead of the court in the favours of Good Queen Bess, whilst trying to keep attached to his head.
The series features many fine comic performance from the likes of Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie, Miranda Richardson, Tony Robinson, Tim McInnerny, Rowan Atkinson plus special guest stars.
With a hey Nonny, Nonny, the walk carry's on along a semi quiet country lane, beware, of traffic if you have a geo kid and geo hound in tow, as the lane can have the occasional car or van drive along it.
Take a deep breath, bring that good old country air into those lungs - You'll thank me later.
The Cache is a small tupperware container with the following contents:
a logbook
a pen,
FTF Pin badge,
Smilie badge,
a rubber dog,
soft toy
small ink press shapes.
Also it includes the letter for the bonus cache.
Parking is possible near to the footpath SE to cache, NW will have you following the boundary of the field as the farmer has wiped out the public footpath that crossed his land.
Be warned - prepare for some very interesting perfume, whafting across the fields, if you do come in from the NW.
