The start/first step used to be located at Finno skola but has been moved further north in May 2011. The "mystery" was on display in a window. It is now somewhat easier to decipher but is instead hidden and must be searched for.(That is, it's out of reach for nosey muggles.)In this third version you have the opportunity to visit a service point at N 60° 09.750 E 24°42.030.You can go there and get vital information, or refresh your memory.

This mystery cache is for all rebellions who seek for freedom, excitement and adventure. Especially those young ones who discovered the joy of geocaching during their camp school at Suomenlinna/Sveaborg in September 2009.

It's handy to have a GC Decryption Key with you. Even though The Finno Resistance has become bolder, it's still a secret movement. This servicepoint is located some 200 metres from the given coordinates for the cache.
Step 1: Go to the given coordinates. You're looking for two pieces of wood that holding the information you'll need. You have to know/learn about resistors.
When the information is decoded; Keep degrees and minutes in latitude as well as is in longitude and replace the milliminutes with the three new digits. Make sure that you put the device and all it's strings back properly in it's stash.
Step 2: When the work is done and you've logged... Please wrap the mini-grip-bag with log and pencil, tightly around the steel wire device before gently squeezing it back.
