This is a camo'ed lock n lock about 5"x5"x6". There's room for a few trackables and/or goodies. Pretty much out of the way of muggles. Please rehide as well or better than you found it so it lasts awhile.
Rye's Pit Stop (RPS) is for cachers who have "geodogs", especially labs, who like to stop for a potty, stretch their legs, get a drink and take a swim. This is the first in a series I am thinking about doing for the "geolabs" of the world.
It seems that the dogs know every spot they've ever stopped and taken a dip - especially in the Columbia on the way between Pendleton and Wenatchee
It's also for those folks who like to get off the highway a little way.
There is a very nice visitor center and restroom, adjoining the dam, above the cache site. We passed here many times before we toured the visitor center. Very well worth the time. As always Cache in Trash Out!
