Well hidden cache on level terrain.
Cache is # 12 of a series of caches planted in Quinte area parks, and recreational area.
Zwick's Park is home to many festivals and activities in Belleville every year including the Belleville Waterfront and Ethnic Festival, Canada Day Celebrations, Ribfest etc..
Some would be surprised to know that this whole area was once a garbage dump.
With about 33% of seekers posting a DNF on this one we are going to bump up the difficulty from 2 to a 2.5 .
This was never intended to be a difficult cache but was a result of trying to find an acceptable location.
We will add a hint as well.
