Do not separate cache from host, just unscrew it.
Park by the tennis courts on Rio Grande Blvd where that weird bird sculpture is perched on the roof. Go east on the paved path and north at the fence line. Lots of tree cover to skew the coords so read the hint. Cache is tethered on a branch.
