Skiptvet kommune:
Skiptvet er en jordbrukskommune midt i Østfold. Den grenser i øst til Glomma, mot nord til Spydeberg, mot vest Våler og i syd mot Sarpsborg. Kommunen er 101,6 km2 hvorav 33 km2 er jordbruksareal og 42 km2 produktiv skog. Det er ca 3.500 innbyggere i kommunen.

Skiptvet is an agricultural municipality in the middle of Østfold. It is bordered in the east to Glomma, north to Spydeberg, Våler to the west and south to Sarpsborg. The municipality is 101.6 km2 of which 33 km2 is agricultural land and 42 km2 productive forest. There are approximately 3500 inhabitants in the municipality.
