The park of the future lies before you. Imagine flying up in your hover car, bringing a picnic of fortified and delicious pills to enjoy in this new park. Might take that long to develop in these financial times, but at least the land is set aside. Not so long ago this excess land was going to be subdivided for even more homes.
Easy parking when it is dry, be careful if it is wet. Unless you're hovering.
