Geocache Description:

Many years ago there was a restaurant overlooking the nearby pond. Tourists and workers riding on the nearby Freehold-Jamesburg Agricultural Railroad would stop in for dinner and drinks. The railroad was only a 1/2 mile away. One Thanksgiving, I came here for dinner and helped out my friend Alice to clean up the garbage. Well, everyone knows that dumps are closed on Thanksgiving. I didn't. The rest of the story has been immortalized in the song. The cache is in a quieter area of Allaire State Park. You're looking for a small lock n lock camoed up. Expect to walk 0.75 miles round trip. The final will be harder after a heavy rain so up the terrain 1/2 a star. The area is open to hunting so use proper caution. This cache is certified Central Jersey!
