Geocache Description:

Located atop Sardegna's second peak, Limbara, at an altitude of approx. 1275m.

We decided spontaneously to place a second cache on our summer-holiday in Sardegna on the way back to the ferry. Since the first cache on the other side of the island was kind of a compromise, since we didn't place it at the intended confluence point, we wanted to place at least another cache in Sardegna with beautiful surroundings. From the cache location, you will have a splendid view of most of Sardegna's north-east and even Corsica. The cache is located about 600m above the city Tempio. You can either hike up or do it the easy way using the road, as we did :-)
The cache is a tupperware box, wrapped in a plastic bag and it is not buried. It is hidden between some rocks and can be seen if you are standing directly in front of it. A close-up picture of the cache location will follow.
