Roadside cache about a mile off the main highway. Cache is a concealed plastic container. Please be respectful of tombstones and the surrounding landowner's private property. Includes a Dairy Queen treat for the FTF.
The cache is located at the first Lithuanian cemetary in the U.S. The property was donated by John and Maria Kerlick Jonischkies. They bought this parcel from her widowed mother, Catherine. Catherine came to the U.S. around 1853 and by 1856 had this area established for her sons and daughters.
