You are searching for a Lock-n-lock off a small paved road near a cell tower. No need to go into the fence or disturb it in anyway.
None of these caches are accessible from the Interstate.
This cache is one of our series of quick park and grab I-20 exit caches. Our goal is to have one placed at every exit on I-20 in South Carolina. These caches should all be fairly easy to locate and are designed to break up a long drive on the interstate. Unless otherwise noted, all 20/20 caches are kid-friendly.
