GRAND BLOW DOWN Traditional Cache
Two Grands: Checking on this cache site has shown us that there is no way this area will be cleaned up by Park staff and we would not be allowed to cut the trees and move them, so we will archive this cache. Thanks to all who took the time and had the fun of the search and find. We love this park and want the cachers who stop here to have some fun nearby, as well as all the 'locals'. We have hidden another cache close by - so the hunt is on again.

Sproat Lake Provincial Park, Upper Campground, welcomes you - come and camp, come and walk the loop, or come and cache.
Off season the yellow gate at the Park entrance will be locked but there is ample parking just outside for your vehicle. The road inside the park makes a loop bringing you back, or you may access other trails and paths to the lower campground which is a nice walk to the boat launch area, swimming and some Native Indian Rock Carvings, and more caches.
This could be a high muggle area during the busy season, but we know you can handle this one. Please use the small path from the seasonal information shelter in your quest. Don't forget our usual request - be very gentle with any vegetation you may encounter in the few short steps off the trail.
When hidden, the cache container was in a black plastic bag and there is room for some trades.
