Geocache Description:

If you've found any cache in Oregon, you've probably seen Glenmart on the log sheet before you!

Oregon's most prolific geocachers deserve Oregon's most prolific cache series. One of 17 caches placed across the state to help them celebrate their 4th annual reign as Oregon's leading cachers. Find at least 10 of these 17 caches, and you are eligible to find the Best in the West Challenge Cache!

I originally placed this cache in another location in the vicinity where it blended in better. Then about 10 minutes later as I left the area I was attacked by hornets and got stung twice. Not wanting anyone else to experience this I risked going back and ripped the cache from its placement. I fled the area under attack which was not successful for the buggers this time. The cache is not as well hidden now, but the spot appears hornet free.

DON'T rush out the door for this one....the intended FTF is for Glenmart who are being honored with this series. It contains $2 which they will likely add to their fuel fund as they seek the other 15 and the final.

Going geocaching with these folks almost always guarantees finding the cache and often they find it first. Glenmart photograph themselves at every find, and if you go with them, you will be included in the photo which is always an honor.

There are times when the terrain rating will be 5 star depending on the season, but generally this is the correct rating.
