This is Marks Point named after the Marks brother who had an
orchard on the land.
Henry Marks was granted 33 acres in 1876. Then a further 39
acres in 1882. Henry and his brother Charles ran an orchard on the
site.
This is a view of the channel. This end of the channel where it
meets the Lake is called the dropover. There is access to the water
via a track in the northwest corner of the park.
The cache is a 35mm film cannister. It contains a log only.
