Geocache Description:

In case you have not ventured further south and are asking yourself: "What the heck is an IHP?" Here's the lowdown.

IHP stands for I Hate Puzzles. It is a series of caches placed around Vermont, but mostly in Chittenden and Addison Counties.

Whenever a new puzzle cache is placed within a certain distance from my home, I respond with a traditional cache to balance the universe, and to give non puzzlers something to do while everyone else is wracking their brains.

It is not so much that I Hate Puzzles, it is more that I am limited in the amount of my life I can dedicate to caching, so I'd rather spend an hour on the hunt than trying to figure out where to hunt.

I have 1200 finds at this time, and long ago I ran out of caches to find within a reasonable distance, except for those awful blue question marks, which seem to be in abundance.

There are typical and usual IHP's meaning more are hidden in a certain type of place and container, so as you pull up to a GZ you are likely to think you know what to do, right Lonestarr?

I strive to make the container at least a small so there is room for trades.

Be careful, as that is not always the case. I can be cute, I can be tricky, I can throw a curve, I'm just not as old and treacherous as DXHunter yet.

I also try to connect the IHP with the offending puzzle in some way, but it is not always geographically near it. The puzzle that spawned this IHP is part of a series as well, WAI, short for Who Am I? by Catoz.

I solved this one quickly, but it is too far away to justify a special trip, so I will get it when I pass by.

So now you are asking yourself, "Why Here?" I typically scout locations and drop caches near where I work, and as an Electrician, I work all over the place. Today I wrapped up my second sizable job in town, so I placed this while I was in the area.

Happy Hunting!
