Ice and Wind: It's come to my attention that this cache is placed in a location that doesn't meet our guidelines. Specifically it's located on railroad property too close to the RR tracks. If I'd noticed the problem originally I would not have published the listing and now that I'm aware of it I have no choice but to archive the cache. My apologies to the community and the cache owner for any confusion my mistake may have caused.
