Terrain rating due to hide location, this could be quite a hazard at the wrong time.
Cache is in plain sight, once you get there, but that is the issue. I stepped out and placed it, but can you step out and grab it and get it replaced?
I highly recomend doing this at night or early on a weekend AM. Teamwork would be a great help too.
