The cache is on Sustrans National Cycle Network route 82, that goes from Tregaron to Aberystwyth - we have put several other caches on the cycle path and may put a few more, to make a nice string of them, so a cycling cacher can have a good caching day out. As it's a cycle path, the terrain is reasonably flat and most of the caches can be easily reached from the path

This cache is a peach jar (inspired by the Birdies Peach Jar Challenge caches set out prior to the Mega Event Cache in Weston Super Mare - we've developed a taste for them!). We were not sure if it counts as a small or a regular.
The cache is placed at a point where the cycle path crosses a footpath that leads up a hill past a tumble down building. There are Kites, Sparrowhawks and Ravens all about and in the winter there are Redwings and Fieldfares gobbling away at the fruit from the trees.
There is parking but if you can, walk and cycle as much as you can!
