Geocache Description:

Please note that the cordinates given are not those of the cache itself but the area where you will be searching for answers to the clues. To get here you will have to go down 'Church Lane' when the road splits turn left. Then left again. This will take you through a farm yard but if you keep going to the top and to the right hand side of the pile of bales, the church will come into view.

Please note that this is accessable to the public although it may look like private land.

The church was restored in 1876 - 1877. The Anglican parish church is dedicated to Saint Paul and registers dates from 1742. It seats 220. There was a chapel for Wesleyan Methodists erected in 1844 in the parish. Out on the Fen, the Primitive Methodists also had a chapel and day school. Toynton St. Peter is a village and a parish south of Spilsby and eastsoutheast of Horncastle. Toynton All Saints parish lies to the west and Halton Holgate parish to the east. The parish covers about 1,600 acres. The village lies just over a mile south of Spilsby. Various charities earned £5 and 16 shillings per year (1900), derived from garden allotments, for the poor.

You will need to look around the church yard and close surrounding area to find answers to the clues. The answers to the clues make up the final coordinate where the cache is hidden.
