This cache is a decon container hidden near a severely damaged section of the old abandoned highway to Mesquite. Severe rain has taken its toll on this section with much of the asphalt “worshed” over the edge. You can access this road from the Truck Parking Area at the top of the mesa, or from where the old highway intersects the Riverside/Bunkerville road at the base of the mesa. As with all desert caches, carry plenty of water and be on the lookout for snakes, pointy plants and sharp rocks (to name a few).
