This cache is hidden in one of my favorite areas - Thompson Bay Reserve. It is named "Fowler Power" because the reserve runs off Fowler rd. It is a nice relaxing walk down the trails in a secluded area - however you might need to exercise caution as snakes and other small critters may visit the area as well! The cache is just a small, plastic, lock 'n' lock container. I left a little mobile phone pouch in the cache for the FTF - Congratulations Usat31 for FTF! If you can't get a good GPS fix, look at the hint. :)
