Located along the Mississippi River
This cache is a successor to Saw557's "Down The River" (GCNQ8M) which has been permanently archived. This new cache has been placed to honor Saw557 for his many challenging, enjoyable caches.
The first stage is the new location of the large Mississippi River Mural by the Blandin Foundation honoring the Father of Waters and its enduring heritage. The map includes various towns and their elevations. Arrange all the towns who have elevations included in alphabetical order. To come up with the north and west coordinates for the cache location, find the elevation of the 15th town from the top and add 451, this will be the missing numbers in N 47 13._ _ _.
Now find the elevation of the 4th town from the bottom and subtract 99 from it, this will be the missing numbers in
W 93 30._ _ _.
The first stage is not a P&G. Plan to enjoy the area for a while. Benches are provided for your comfort and some art work for your eyes.
