This northern part of Wrightsville Beach was once an island separated by a inlet that has since been filled in. Called Shell Island, it is now the site of the present day Shell Island Resort, along with expensive homes and large condo developments.
This cache is a cammoed micro cylinder room for log only, Bring your own pen. Our granddaughter, Sophia, wanted to put this one out. Parking area nearby is free from 11/1 to 2/28. Pay parking is from 3/1 to 10/31 but free after 6:00 PM. Have fun and enjoy this beautiful beach area before or after your search. Watch for mugglers.
