ANOTHER REST STOP CACHE. THIS ONE IS STILL A SHORT HIKE, BUT DEFINITELY NOT FLAT!
DO NOT STOP ON THE FREEWAY OR ON THE OFF-RAMP. THERE IS A TRAIL AT THE REST STOP!
Here is another *Rest Stop* cache for the returnee from Reno/Lake Tahoe, or anyone travelling I-80. The cache is only .15 mile from the parking area, but because of a steep climb and heavy tree cover limiting a solid set of coordinates I've given it a little higher rating. The cache container is a reformed plastic screw top jar that once held Biscotti, measuring 9" tall x 6" x 6". Once you are in the general area it will be relatively easy to spot.

- A Few "Keep Tahoe Blue" Window Decals, and
- Lip Balm!
