Geocache Description:

The Grotton Circular is a 3 mile walk around the village of
Grotton. There are three multi-caches leading to a bonus cache.
They are best done in order, by foot. Even in
summer the trails will be muddy.

On this multi-cache you will pass by the old railway.
Grotton's station was positioned alongside the famous Delph
Donkey railway line, which was part of the L. & N.W.R.
branch-line linking Saddleworth with Oldham. The platform still
stands as does the impressive Station House, now a well-restored
private residence. In its hey day the station was famous for
its old country railway atmosphere, when the platform was rich with
flowers and was the pride and joy of the station staff and the
passengers who used the line.

You start this multi, looking back over the village of Grotton. WHAT VIEW DO YOU HAVE?

MINUS the (1st letter x 2nd letter ) + 5th letter from the North
Co-ordinates
then ADD the 1st letter + 2nd letter to the West
Co-ordinates

This is a 4 stage multi-cache ending in a regular size
tupperware container. With plenty of room for trackables and
trades. Please make sure you push down the four corners of the
final tupperware box. You should hear a click. The approach to the final stage is a very muddy most of the year.
