heist454: Alas, it has gone missing and the original hiding spot is almost under water. I am archiving this cache, but I encourage someone else to place another in this spot. The walk is really nice and there are plenty of hiding spots. Thanks to everyone who took the walk and logged the cache!

Geocache Description:

My wife and I took our newborn son for a walk down this closed road a few weeks ago. The fall leaves were amazing! Then we got to the end of the road and thought this would be a perfect place for a geocache. I recommend going for this in the prime of the autumn leaves, but it's a nice little walk anytime of year. The walk is about .25 miles each way. The container is big enough for small trade items and it hidden just off the pavement.

Please don't park in the parking lots of the buildings nearby. Most of them are marked 'Private Property'. You can park on the side of the road up near where it is closed at these coordinates: 38°52.142'N 77°26.063'W.

Congrats to patfurg on the FTF! Wow that was fast!!

UPDATE: I changed the ratings since the hiding spot has become a little more obvious with all the visits.
