A simple 1-2-3 multicache.
The above co-ordinates with take you to the first stage of the cache which will give you the co-ords for the second stage.
At the second stage you must obtain the street number for the building and then you must enter the building to get the info from a plaque to work out the co-ords for the final stage.
UPDATE: This one has gone missing again so we have changed it slightly in the hope that it may last longer without getting muggled.
Changing the hint to tell you exactly where the first stage is so that you don't have to wander around and maybe drawing attention to the location of the cache.
