This is a puzzle cache designed for kids -- target age is about 7
or 8. My friend Megan and I used to pass encrypted notes to each
other using this code. It is a substitution puzzle. I look forward

I had thought of placing this in one of the new city parks nearby,
but in the last few days, I witnessed people camping in the parks.
