Trail System in Bonsall. Due to recent construction on Highway 76 I recommend accessing this one from Bonsall Preserve Trailhead GC21CCG.
The Bonsall Preserve is a 27 acre riparian area that is currently undergoing extensive habitat restoration. Future plans include a boardwalk, already partially constructed by Eagle Scout projects, for birdwatching enthusiasts.
Cache is just off trail. No bushwacking required.
