From the Little Brook Rd just before going on the 101 entrance ramp heading west toward Yarmouth, there a small dead-end road that will lead you to the cache.
At placement the accuracy was only 7 meters and I know what to look for, therefore it could be easier or perhaps harder to find, I'm not sure!
