Your best bet is to park at the Library. This is a small cache, camouflaged container. It's in there somewhere - you'll just have to look for it.
Original contents: Matchbox car, Caribiner compass, Sea Shell, Key Chain and one of my path tags. There is a pencil in the container, but it's always bet to BYOP.
