A very quick park and grab located at the Champlain Centre mall right off Smithfield Blvd, in Plattsburgh, NY. This is a cache we hope to get a lot of visitors with.
We have hidden many caches and none of them involved a whole lot of stealth. So here is a first. This is just a simple container with no pen, so please bring your own.
