Deer Bed Traditional Cache
SnowBird690: I am archiving this listing because I moved out of the area. I live in Kentucky now and can't take care of it anymore. Thanks to everyone who found it, and especially to those who helped maintain it. I haven't actually lived on Long Island for more than two years, but was able to keep this one alive due to the active participation of my fellow geocachers. Thanks!

Located in Bohemia County Park. Cache is a small glad container big enough for only a log book and some small items. It is about 20 ft off the trail in what looks like a deer bed area.
I don't really know much about deer, but this sure looks like a deer bedding area to me. I wanted to place a cache here since this is a really nice park with nice trails, located next to a state park. Good hiking here. Enjoy your trip.
Please rehide just as good if not better than you found because I have the feeling that kids run around in these woods quite a bit playing some sort of a shooting paintball-like game.
