#6 in a series of Buffalo Creek Caches
This cache is located in the Buffalo Creek Area near Winthrop IA in Buchanan . The park is 82 acres and is really nice compared to it when I was in high school and my buddies used to camp there. It now has a new shelter, a nice Frisbee golf course, fire grills, fire ring and a walking trail and of course a creek. Not sure if you can camp there or not, didn’t see where it said you could, but then it didn’t say you couldn’t either.
Take a day and play some Frisbee, have a picnic and do some geocaching., there are a total for SEVEN there now. Making the trip worthwhile!
This is the last cache (micro/nano) in the Buffalo Creek Access that I will be placing. Hope you enjoy/enjoyed.
This is the easiest cache of the series (as in hike), could even call it a P&G!
