You can drive right up to the cache location, and at the time of placing the cache, the roads were asphalt. The nearest big town is Orhangazi, and the spring is located in the village of Keramet.
The cache is a blue, plastic chewing gun container, containing only paper for a log. Please bring a pencil.
The area is not well advertised but pure Heaven, with it's quiet hot spring. The town refers to the spring as "ilica" (ill-ih-jah), and there are signs to follow to help find it from the village. The spring itself, does not smell of sulfur and is very relaxing. The locals claim that the water is hottest in the winter. The water is surprisingly clean,and it is always moving as it runs off into the Iznik lake. There is an entrance fee (for using the spring) of 2 Turkish Lira, which goes to maintaining the area. The water in the spring is maximum 1.5 meters deep, and it is possible to easily swim, although there is no jumping allowed.
The spring is open all year around. We visited in the last week of Novembeer when the temp was 8 'C, and the water was great! Don't forget your swim suit!!!
At the time of placing the cache, the sky was very cloudy and getting an accurate signal was difficult, so our co-ordinates have aproximately 6m accuracy. For extra help finding the cache, check the hints and spoiler pictures.
