adkmtnlady: I am archiving this cache as I discovered today while caching that there is someone replacing caches with letter boxes. I am not sure when my cache went missing, but, after speaking with other cachers at the Big & Tall TB event today, it has been at least 6 months. Rather than compete with the owner of the letter box, I will archive this cache and replace it with a new cache in another location. Anyone who has found this up until today can log it as the letter box is in the exact spot my cache had been.
