Geocache Description:

A six to seven mile walk starting in the village of Goudhurst to mark a decade of the existence of the Goudhurst and Kilndown Millennium Walk. Suggested parking coordinates for the start of the whole walk are the published coordinates for the Bonus Cache in this series. Bring a pen.

This walk comprises 15 caches and a bonus cache. It follows the route of the Goudhurst and Kilndown Millennium Walk which is fairly well signposted, but you will need mapping. There is one waymarker between caches 07 and 08 where the arrow is pointing in the wrong direction. Most of the route is on footpaths, some of which can be muddy and hilly and there is road walking involved where you must be careful and keep an eye on children and dogs.

Some of the caches can be done as drive-bys but this series is really intended as a walk. Difficulty / Terrain ratings are an assessment of the whole series, not each individual cache. Most of the caches are very easy to find, especially with the hints given. There are quite a few stiles, some of which are not dog friendly.

We recommend a detour after cache 08 by turning right on the road instead of left towards 09 where you will find the Globe and Rainbow, a pub that is both walker and dog friendly.

You will have to collect clues from each cache, some of which are repeated to find the bonus.
