This cache is in a very beautiful spot. Fantastic overlook but a interesting place to get to.
This is at the end of the road. And it is about as far away as you can get from civilization by way of roads. It is in a very beautiful area. There are several other caches near by, but not really, this cache is at an elevation of 5118ft and most caches in the area are of an elevation of 3960 ft ubsl. You will need a 4X4 and a full tank of fuel to get here. The 4X4 is more for sandy areas than for steep hills. You will be going through Glenn Canyon Recreation Area so no ATV’s to get here (I know dumb but that’s there rules). This cache is not in the recreation area or a national park, it is on BLM lands. Take extra water and food, and let some know where you are going. You are going to be a long way from anywhere. Was not ready to place a cache but this place needed one. So I put in what I had with me. Put a coin, clipers, sizzers, toy car, knife and afew other items, log book pen and pencil. Enjoy this one.
